Anyone know who designed the coat she wears near the end of the movie?? The white one with the black at the bottom? It's amazing!

Yes, I came here wondering if anyone else noticed that coat! At first I thought, "Why is Nick outside with a winter coat while Elise is not wearing one. Then I thought, "Oh wait!". It is nice, but no, I don't know where it's from.
