Lochlyn Munro's character violates the privacy of her e-mail account (on top of all his other sabotage)... and we don't get to see him get his comeuppance? So much for this being a romantic "comedy."

Is it a private email account or a company email account?

Based on Elise's reaction, I'd say personal e-mail account accessed via her office computer. She didn't strike me as foolish enough to use the company e-mail account for personal communications. Especially with everything else Munro's character was putting her through!
