I am stumped and no IMDb listing and couldn't find on google

Me too. She looks familiar, like someone I've watched in several things. I think she had some bad plastic surgery.

Her name is Susan Hogan and she is Gabriel Hogan's real life mother!! She was also in A Very Merry Mix Up with Alicia.

Not sure on the other mom but will report back when I find out.

I think Wanda Cannon played Alicia Witt's mom.

Yes, Wanda Cannon is the mother I think people are referring to. She does have an unusual shape to her eyes, but I don't know that it's plastic surgery. She has played a recurring role on HEARTLAND, a Canadian series that is on ION in the states, for the past nine years. She's a good actress.
