I'm surprised .....

I thought this was rather good.
I loved all the period pieces (clothes, haircuts, cars).
And I loved the way the English football establishment was shown up for being as small-minded and petty as it was/is.
I have a picture of him sitting in the stands at some third round FA Cup replay in the rain doing the commentary to earn some income. He deserved so much better.
It took years to get that statue of him erected at Wembley; years too late.
He put up with testicular cancer for years, without telling anybody.
