Illusion of change and effectiveness of democracy.

Lots of subtle and not so subtle implication that it's all Republicans fault and private business. I'm not saying that injustice isn't happening, I'm just saying I think it's naïve to downplay the establishment and corporations and lobbyists close connections on BOTH sides. It's like an illusion of democracy. I feel better and more in touch because I watch this documentary, but what can I really do...nothing! I think we are in a one party system, with the Democrats taking power more now and the Republicans taking their role as the opposition and they can both blame each other publicly for not accomplishing anything while privately working together to support the status quo. Shows like this provide the illusion that people are more aware of this and it's going to change soon. I kind of doubt this. Hopefully there will be some way in the future that regular people can stand up to all things BIG (big government and big corporations do NOT have regular people in mind) and have some real control over justice. Now I can pretend I have actually accomplished something by posting something online no one will really read. I have to laugh at it all or I'll go crazy.

Have you actually watched the documentary? It hits Bill Clinton harder than any other individual politician.

Yes and it says that the democrats 'had' to become harder on crime to compete with the republicans and they show Clinton admitting he was wrong. Forget the friggin documentary, WikiLeaks releases emails with H. Clinton saying that she is lying to the 'common people' and will continue the status quo that will get the rich richer in a speech to wall street donors and the emphasis on that from the media is that Russia may have altered those emails and it is conveniently buried by audio of Trump being (stop the press) a horny man with money. No mention of who 'leaked' the Trump audio, which is 11 years old and recorded with a cousin of Jeb Bush, an establishment, status quo republican. How is a story about a man with money using his position to try to sleep with good looking women (lets be honest, that's what most men with money would do) somehow be more important than the establishment candidate admitting she is lying to the people and will not do anything to upset the rich getting richer. Forget about republican vs democrat, its all status quo, establishment all the way. I do not feel represented by these people, just like a lot people on the left and right. The legitimacy of democracy is in question.

Excellent observation and accurate posts.

dcut. You have really twisted what Clinton said in those Wikileaks emails. Remember at the second debate when Trump said essentially what you just wrote and she attributed the statement to a discussion about the film "Lincoln". Well, it was just that. I read the whole speech. Not just the Fox out of context snippets.

Hilary Clinton is an evil *beep* The twat literally laughed and bragged about getting a child molesting rapist off on a technicality.

*Life is great. Without it, you'd be dead*

b/c you've only seen parts of the video taken COMPLETELY out of context. you have absolutely no competent idea of what you are speaking of.

yeah probably, I was in a mood at the time.
