scariest horror of all time ??

Barely top 5 of 2017.

All the scares were very basic.
Oujia, large mouths, bedroom doors slowly opening, shadowy figures walking around, demon hands coming out of beds, demons walking into kids' rooms and then not being there when you enter, lights exploding and picture frames falling down, blind semi-scary old person giving advice.
We've seen it all a thousand times.

There weren't any particularly memorable scenes either. Not even like Insidious, which I didn't care for, but had to admit I was scared to death by the red devil scene.

Not a bad film at all, quite nicely shot and good child actors. But not particularly scary at all.

In all reality is hard to say what scare one individual, it’s really what it get you, in general this movie is well done and the main character can deliver well. Worth to watch in my opinion.

If you play along and pretend that it's a true story and is told with 100% accuracy then you could get a good scare out of it.

Same could be said for Communion, The Mothman Prophecies, Blair Witch even . . . and countless others.

Barring that, I didn't find it particularly unnerving or scary.

But everyone has their own reaction for whatever reasons they have them.
