OMG Nina is the most dislikable character I've ever seen... EVER
Nina is one big ball of hysterical female stereotypes.
What the f*&#$ was the writer thinking?

I second that.

Agreed. I didn't want to finish the fist episode. I'll pass in this show.

Every person that served can be called a veteran, but not every veteran can be called a Marine.
She's hot, but that isn't enough to surpass the irritating nature of her character.
shareShe's attractive, vulnerable, real. The commenters here must not understand real people.
shareJust because she's "real" doesn't mean she's likeable. There's a decent amount of people out there that have filters that run between their brains and their mouths...something Nina's character lacks. It's not her vulnerability that irritated me, but the lack of a filter that led to her saying sometimes unnecessary things to people in a condescending way.
shareI wanted to slap her when she was gonna turn down that young dick so she could "focus on the baby". In like a single week she was being handed everything she wanted in life, but she was gonna ruin it because the circumstances weren't ideal. Like really? Fortunately though she turned around in the end.
shareTotally agree. Rachel Bailey/Suranne Jones was the same type of woman but found humanity in her character in Scott & Bailey. If it wasn’t for Lesley Sharp I’d turn this off right now.
