Is this is a web series or television series? And does it have english subtitles?

It's a Tv Series, broadcasted by Portugal's public tv station "RTP".

It is a remake of the Spanish tv show "El Ministerio del Tiempo".

And no, it will not be broadcasted with subtitles since it will only be shown mostly to a Portuguese audience. And not even will it be released on any format Blu-ray or DVD, so having subtitles for it seems almost impossible. Well, I'm Portuguese myself and it's a shame that most tv shows made in Portugal don't get the opportunity of being released with subtitles so that foreigners could see it. it's a pity.
