That effing trailer...

You know the one:

Cute nun walks down creepy corridor. She looks to her left, and the camera turns to follow her gaze and there's nothing there. We then turn back to bring the nun back into shot and ta-da! Zombie nun appears behind her.

I have now learnt that zombie nuns are camera-aware and only appear when out of shot.
