The lady from the conjuring? It showed the warrens at the end.

I think that was the implication but not 100% sure

Surely not. The character in the Conjuring is based on a real person, like the events in the movies. And she was no nun.. ever.

She was not. Frenchie aka Warren was possessed in the end and he ended up being the guy the Warrens helped with the exorcism in the footage shown in the original Conjuring.

No, but the actress that plays Sister Irene is the real-life sister of the actress that plays Lorraine Warren in the "Conjuring" movies. Taissa Farmiga is Sister Irene, Vera Farmiga is Lorraine Warren. They really resemble each other.
