So this is my first Resident Evil game. I have not beaten it yet, I am seeing a lot of posts saying that this is not usually like the games in the past. Can someone tell me what the previous games were like compared to this?
shareFixed camera angles, tank controls, zombies (at least in the originals)... In RE 4, 5 and 6 they went with an over the shoulder view and dropped the tank controls but the games also became much more about action than horror. Honestly, aside from the first person perspective (which I like and want to see continued in RE 8) and lack of zombies, this game is very much like the classic ones.
