shareTo OP. Sadly because it's condoned. When bigotry is given leeway and generally is ignored that's a tragedy. As long as regular forums - as in not Stormfront (white supremacy forum) - are safe havens for poorly masked hate speech you will see a lot of that. As for the imdb staff - they generally don't have time to check every single hate monger and self-righteous jerk. Fortunately most of those are easy to spot to anybody with a sane mind.
