Can't find the song

Does anyone know who sings the song that begins at the end of the movie and runs through the first part of the credits? I can't find it anywhere. It starts off:

Open my eyes to greet the day
Everything's gonna be okay, I'm certain this morning
The sun is shining there ain't no grey
The birds are out and I love the song they're singing this morning
This could be the best day of my life...

And I can't understand after that. Normally I can find songs from movies but have been unsuccessful with this one so far. Thank you for any input!
