the movie lost me when he rescued that first girl. when 99% of the rescue sequence was filmed via security camera footage is when i tapped out. they really missed the mark there to reel me in with some gritty brutal fight scenes instead they copped out with some boring shots. stopped watching after that as i was already bored out of my mind.

Have you tried comic book crap? They sh*t another one out every week. I think a vegetable would be able to follow them so you should be good.

That worked for me but I must admit I lost focus part way through, I think it was the monotonal, flat pace of the film.
