Um like hello did they run out of ideas?

After they went to the other side they didn’t really do anything “spoilers” the mom came and pushed the ghost and that’s it.

Also is it her fault the boy from part 1 was taken cause she left the door open

It was a stupid jump-scare movie.

reply

Except I didn’t jump once :(

Yeah I feel like this franchise has run its course. I thought the first movie was possibly the best PG13 horror I've seen and parts 2 and 3 were steps down but still respectable. This one just largely bored me.

What I mean is that in the original movie, the "scary" stuff was subtle -- some ghost or whatever would just appear in the corner of the screen and you'd spot it. But this one was standard dumb POV startling-with-loud-noise style.

your dumb

reply

Please complete the sentence.

"I'm really in love with your dumb smile"
"Your dumb dog, Fetch, has an endearing way of chasing his tail."
etc.

The family aspect was very interesting for me. It made me think of my own father, and where his soul will end up.

reply

Yeah, this one was awful.

reply

/did they run out of ideas?/

Yep. not sure where they are going with this

reply

I thought it was cheesy that all she needed was a whistle for her dead mom to show up and hit the evil entity with a light and then its never to be seen again........Nothing was scary either.
I didn't think the 3rd one was that great, but this one takes the cake (of being the worse one)
They should stop while they're ahead.

reply

yes

reply

It was pretty horrible.
