I keep seeing the ads for this show on IFC. So basically it's just ripping off Ash's new show's success but trying to reel in the ladies by cutting out all the blood and boobs? I mean I don't always mind if something is a derivative copycat if it's still good, but the ads don't show anything good. Is this as lame as it seems, ash vs evil dead, now for women?!

Even the effects suck? I mean I thought it would be a boring ripoff, but if you were going to try to replace Ash I thought the smack talking Scrubs guy might be at least watchable, I've seen him amuse me before in things. It's just a totally hacky copy?

shareUm... chicks don't like blood? I beg to differ with your generalized comment. My opinion is that, and I'm only judging from the first two episodes, Stan Against Evil is awful, but I love Ash vs Evil Dead. And I know I'm not just the exception to your rule. A lot of ladies like it.
