shareAsylum movies, the "rip-off's" actually aren't much like their big budget counterparts, only the names are similar.
So unless the producers of Transformers copyrighted the title "Transmorphers" then it's perfectly legal.
They aren't ripping off other movies, they are just marketing them to sound like other movies. Pure genius
They are specifically designed to rip-off the more casual film audience who may not be aware they are purchasing a quickly slapped together piece of garbage knock-off of the film they wanted to see. Pure douchebaggery.
