So what happens if a pregnant woman gets bit. Has that issue ever been dealt with in a zombie movie? Does the baby get infected, or is it protected in the womb.

If zombie virus is similar to HIV, then the baby gets some protection in the womb, yet there is a 30% chance of being infected.
