General remarks! (Maybe some spoilers)

I feel that the cast especially the leads were too good and wasted on this cookie cutter story line , usually I wouldn't mind if the leads were the usual Hallmark actors like Candace, Lori and others that seems to do this kinda of movies every year but with Jill and Wes I expected something serious.

Anyway they could have at least added Santa to go full Fantasy especially with how they resolved the issue at the end that was not believable even for Hallmark standard.

I have been a fan of Jill Wagner for over 10 years and she hasn't done enough acting work in those 10 years IMHO. She seems to favor hosting shows like Wipeout and Handcrafted America to doing a lot of acting work. It is frustrating because I think she is a good actress that has never had that breakout role to make her a bigger name in the acting world. Though she doesn't seem to help herself out by not taking a wide range and number of roles to increase her visibility.

Sounds like she is more about having steady paychecks than looking for a breakthrough role , playing it safe in other words.
Anyway I like her in these Hallmark's , she is nice change from the usual leads.
