Madani gets shot in the head and seems to have no side effects from it, and yeah supposedly was chocked to death and still lived.
Russo gets shot point blank three times and is seemingly on his death bed ready to bleed out but ends up in a dumpster somehow still alive
The female psychiatrist gets thrown from window that looks at least three stories high and within days is having a normal conversation without any apparent head injuries.
Don't even get me started with Castle.
