I mean this is a man that publicly killed hundreds of the most dangerous people in the city and they would have to bring him in alive. Only a fool would make a play for that bounty!

Frank is a one man army and they all know it. Going at him with a few guys is about as dumb as it gets.

People are idiots lol. Money makes people think they are better than they are.

Plus the two times we see people actually go after him, the first time they are obviously idiots who are run by greed.

The second time the cop wanted revenge as well. The money was just the cherry on top and Castle was pretty much at his mercy.

Besides that we didn’t see anyone else come after him.
