Early reviews; Cannes this monday

There was a NYC show for reviewers last Wed, then the Cannes premier this Mon. It's not just conservatives attacking Hillary, here's the NY Times: http://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/24/us/cash-flowed-to-clinton-foundation-as-russians-pressed-for-control-of-uranium-company.html

I was expecting reviews today, but Google search of last day turns up more scandal. Includes news and interview with Schweizer.

Clinton Cash at Cannes http://www.lifezette.com/polizette/clinton-cash-cannes/

What’s more, just before the “Clinton Cash” documentary hit the screens, more news broke of the Clinton Foundation’s shady dealings. The Clinton Global Initiative, an initiative of the Clinton Foundation, was found to have given $2 million to Energy Pioneer Solutions, a for-profit company headed up by friends and political allies of the Clintons. This transaction may have the Clintons in hot water with the feds, since tax-exempt charitable organizations aren’t supposed to act in private interest.

But that’s not all. An investigation conducted by The Daily Caller found that the Clintons received at least $100 million from Persian Gulf states and their leaders — raising more eyebrows regarding “pay to play” allegations.

And yet, there's hardly any noise about this. She seemingly has God's favor, and I trust her experience with foreign policy, relations, etc. Like President Obama, she'll have safety in a multitude of counselors. People would be shocked to learn that some of the President's advisors are hardcore Christians - pastors of mega churches. I'm not too worried about her being a liar or corrupt. All politicians are... to some degree. Especially in the area of money - nothing new there. And isn't Trump a bit into money as well? Welcome to the human experience. Not too many would refuse a million dollar donation for already doing their job. Hillary has never, and can never, work independent.

This film was made by two hardcore Republicans, and they plan on showing it in Philly? Hillary should name her VP Bernie the next day.

And I'm so, so sorry she just didn't reply to the FBI: "Well... I don't remember."

Let's get past all this and move forward. Politicians are who they are - they won't ever change. There isn't one President in American history who wasn't there by the grace of God and His personal approval. I can't think of a perfect one yet.

Please - we should start blessing Hillary's presidency now - nothing but good will and positive thoughts towards her administration and terms. Blessings to America. Blessings to the world.

The new documentary, which is based on Breitbart Senior Editor-at-Large Peter Schweizer’s book of the same name, will be screened at Tower City Cinemas in Cleveland, Ohio at 1:00pm on Tuesday as a coinciding event during the Republican National Convention week (although the event is not sponsored by the RNC.)

Two new reviews this week:

Stossel at Reason magazine: http://reason.com/archives/2016/07/27/clinton-cash

On my TV show, Schweizer said the Clintons use "speaking fees" to get around bribery laws.
...
But Sean Davis of The Federalist examined Clinton Foundation records and concluded only about 15 percent of the money goes to actual charity work to help needy people.

Aleister at Legal Insurrection: http://legalinsurrection.com/2016/07/movie-review-clinton-cash-is-a-must-see-film/
In just over an hour, the film takes you on a world tour of Hillary and Bill’s influence peddling.

Starting in Africa, the film explains the Clintons’ ties to corrupt political leaders who sell out their people for mineral rights. Then to Haiti, where the Clintons were supposed to oversee recontruction after the 2010 earthquake and used the opportunity to enrich friends and partners. From there, we go to Colombia where Clinton associates were granted timber harvesting rights in a rain forest. Then it’s off to India for a questionable nuclear deal. We then visit Russia which, thanks to the Clintons, now controls a major portion of Uranium production in the United States.

My description barely scratches the surface. Every questionable deal highlighted in the film is preceded or succeeded by a donation to the Clinton Foundation or a highly paid speech by Bill Clinton and most of this happened while Hillary Clinton was serving as the Secretary of State. Additionally, the business is being done with people from countries with abysmal records on human rights and treatment of the environment, suggesting that for all her talk about progressive values, Hillary Clinton has no problem looking the other way for a price.

At the heart of the film is the suggestion by Schweizer that the Clintons have taken pay-for-play political cronyism to a global scale and made a fortune doing so.
