The "really out there" joke answers have killed the show for me

It's fun to try and strategically guess what the celebs would say. But when there are panelists saying wacky answers and killing the game all the time it just gets really frustrating.

And the stars sharing answers seems unfair too.

As a fan of the original Match Game, I remember them sharing answers on that version too. They did not huddle as much, but they would pass suggestions written on cards from the upper tier to the lower tier. Also Bret Somers and Charles Nelson Reilly used to peak at each others answers a lot too!!!

It's so maddening because it can cost the contestant the chance to win up to $25,000. I understand wanting to get a laugh, but not at the expense of the contestant. Plus you can have your laugh and right answer too. For example, one question was along the lines of "Instead of "Raining Men" like the song says, women would like it to rain what?". The male celebrities said money and the females said chocolate. However, Ellie Kemper(a repeat offender)gave an impossible-to-match answer. What she could have done was say "I was going to write Government-issued tampons (her actual answer) but I wrote down chocolate". She would have gotten her laugh and the contestant would have gotten a match.

I find all answers are either based on vagina or penis.. and it lacks humour overall.

Too predictable and the panel is usually composed of has-been comedians :(
