I gave this show a chance and started with the latest episode interviewing Chadwick Boseman that came out today. Chelsea appears drunk during her opening monologue and the subsequent interview, slurring her words and slightly glass eyed. I vaguely remember Chelsey Lately on E! Network, but I'm pretty sure she didn't do it snocked out her mind

That means you havent watch all of the episodes of CL on E! At least a few times a month her and her guest panelists were either high or slightly drunk.
