DANIEL = DENIAL

Maybe they have been using the wrong spelling for him? It certainly fits!

Even as he's being fired, he STILL tries to weasel his way out of it with Captain Mark. You would think this would be a major wake-up call, but I think this boy has a long rough road ahead of him.

I've never seen a more incompetent yachtie on this series. "Denial" is a work of art.

Brainless and Booby are sexist "Got your back Bro" idiots, but Denial takes the cake. And probably has a picture of it on his smartphone.

eweland,

Why are you still obsessing over this kid a week later and he was not really even mentioned on the season finale tonight? Did Danny personally wrong you in some way?

And if you think that Danny is worse than Bryan or Bobby you need to get a clue. YES, I REPEAT YES, DANNY SUCKED. HOWEVER, Bryan and Bobby are far worse people. This was made even clearer in the season finale.

reply

They may have only seen last week's episode tonight. There's no statute of limitations on being annoyed with Danny. Bryan and Bobby are stupid too, but they don't need to be brought up in response to each comment where Danny is mentioned.

reply

catonryewithmayo,

The OP brought up Bryan and Bobby in his post and he was saying how Danny was worse than them. I disagreed. So it makes perfect sense what I posted.

Sorry if people don't want to be reminded of the far worse people on board while they hypocritically ignore them while bashing the sh!t out of someone for doing minor crap in comparison. This final episode was done to clearly show how much more toxic Bryan and Bobby were than anyone.

And the OP's inclusion of the got your back comment tells me he saw the finale tonight.

reply

In general, Danny can't be mentioned without you commenting and defending him after each comment. We know you love Danny and hate B&B. We get it. Your defense of him seems a bit obsessive at this point.

It's your opinion that B&B are worse, but at least they seem to have work ethics and actually work, instead of being lazy and trying to hang out with the charter guests. Yes, they are all awful and Bryan kind of looks like Freddy Krueger without the burns, but can't someone share their opinion without you telling them that they're wrong?

Sure, they may have seen the finale tonight, but the penultimate episode also aired right before the finale. Even if they didn't, it showed previous footage of Danny being annoying at the beginning of the episode, in case anyone forgot how annoying he is.

reply

Daniel-son is gone and B & B are still talking about the guy! Why continue ripping on the guy to the crew? "What's good for the goose....!"

It's human nature. It happens on all these shows. Most people like to vent about people as soon as they have the pleasure of their absence.

reply

They truly reminded me of HS bullies that weren't happy enough to see the kid's fired, they have to go that extra "frat boy" mile to send him up that mountain riding a donkey with all his bags so they can watch it with binoculars! That's even more pathetic than being a "steroid-induced" rage-aholic! 

reply

They all sucked, but at least they got stuff done without harassing the charter guests nonstop.

reply

You call it harassing; the guests called it doing his job keeping them happy and entertained! Sure it's unprofessional and I wouldn't do it, but who got the lone complaint from a guest? Who got an extra tip bonus due to how he made them feel? I can understand the animus of the crew; jealousy's common as sea water! 

- - http://www.childrenofrassilon.com/fiero425.html - - homepage

reply

They got the lowest tip amounts on the charters where Danny interacted with the guests the most.

reply

But you had the crew openly disgusted by those pigs; men & women! They tried on the clothes of the guests? I understand how they felt, but they had to "suck it up" in the end and they still wound up with a low tip! I couldn't do that kind of job so I can't relate! If someone's being annoying, I want to be able to tell them!   ;-)

It wasn't just that one charter.

Listen - you love Danny and want to defend him until the end of the world, but I don't care. I don't like any out of that group of guys. 

And his job is deck hand, not cruise director! 

All the more reason, he deserved the extra tip! He was doing double-duty! lol! 

As stated earlier, it is not needed or wanted. Danny is a loser and you'll never convince me, or possibly anyone else, otherwise. 💩

reply

No doubt about it; just seeing the other side showing B & B ended up looking worse after all's said and done! This captain is too detached to know anything; terribly disappointed in how he lets the inmates run the asylum! ;-/

- - http://www.childrenofrassilon.com/fiero425.html - - homepage

reply

The captain sees B&B as better employees because they both actually work. I don't think he is interested in the drama side of things because they mostly kept him out of their drama. Even after watching the shows, he'll probably still think Danny is the worst because he was the worst at doing his job and also super annoying. You probably won't be able to convince the captain that Danny isn't annoying either.

reply

You know I can kind of get it...we all have that one coworker that no one seems to like.

Or the one that everyone likes as long as you do not have to work with them directly or rely on their work product for yours. Many moons ago I was an assistant manager in an office that was primarily charged with getting out timely reports on a daily, weekly, etc. basis. So working as a team was critical, with each person responsible for supplying a piece of the report puzzle. We had a hire that was Daniel in female form. She spent all her time socializing. She talked non-stop with great embellishment (lies?) so she always had an audience. Send her on a two minute job - she was gone 20. She got a warning during her probie period that she had to pay more attention to her job, not her social life. Some of the team had to cover for her lack of work product. When her probie time ended, the manager and I went out and got drunk deciding whether or not to keep her. We let her go. Many thought we were wrong, but they didn't have to do her work or have her dominate everything that was going on in the dept. She was a nice girl, but no work ethic or responsibility.

Tiffany has a post on the Bravo website that she wished that she HAD NOT trusted Denial as much as she did. She tended to believe him because of what he told her. But that changed once she saw the actual show:

TC: I regret believing Danny. I never knew what was going on outside, but would always see Danny getting yelled at, so I would stand up for him and give him advice. And he would come to me to complain about them. It's interesting to watch what actually happened from all sides.

And Jen said:
JR: My biggest regret is that I didn't tell the captain a lot of what I saw. I am not the type of person who likes to "win" by telling on someone.

No, the OP didn't bring them up. The previous poster did.
.

reply

You defend Danny just as much as everyone brings him up. Lol

You get quite upset as if you know personally.

You can't convince people to like him or that Bobby and Bryan were worse. Everybody has their own opinions.

Bobby had his moments. Bryan was a douche. But Danny was the absolute worst. Young, immature and lazy.

reply

Im glad he gone. He was a creep. He didnt care or listen to his boss or rules. He should have been fired first 3 xms. Come on now. If I had his job I wouldn't have screw it up.

reply

I agree that bobby and bryan were pricks. I dated guys like that. Nothin but pricks with no pride. Children.

reply

No doubt about it. Bryan was a jerk to everyone. Bobby is a typical steroid case.

Danny is a sad case. He has brains, wit, charm and good looks, yet he is SO immature. A spoiled brat trapped in a mans body.
His mother is probably a real piece of work.

.

reply

More like trapped in a little boy's body. He looks like he's at least a foot shorter than Bobby. I don't really think he has brains, wit, charm, or good looks, but to each their own. I think he thinks he has a lot more of that stuff than he actually does have. His ego is too big to fit in his tiny little body.

reply

catonryewithmayo,

Ya, I think I saw someone tweeted last night that Danny was 29. I thought he was like 19. He even acted like he was 19 and not 29. Geeze!

reply

Listen none of those guys with the exception of Ben were any bargains. Now this is my opinion so I am not going to argue over opinions. I think the onus should be placed on a weak Captain. All he did was sit around and wait for someone to snitch on a employee, and he still did nothing, Danny even admitted he came there to have fun. So why was he hired or why didn't that Captain have him on a short leash? It turned personal with Bryan and his pet boy Bobby, or the 2 b*tches .

This was a guy who thought he can have fun and get paid for it. And they hire him and left him untrained. I sure would of love to see how they acted when they first started out. We don't get to glorious film of Bryan and his Pet Boy when they first started, Me thinks they were just like Danny or worse. Why because if they were professional they would not have taken it personal. So apparently they need more training. I actually think they were jealous of him. He was gregarious. And unless I was looking at a different show they passengers seemed to like him. So yes Danny should of acted more professional but no one trained him. Tell and training are two different things. And the First mate was misogynistic. The Captain had no business promoting him

When Danny got sick they thought he was playing and faking it. That is not their job. Th e Captain who stated it was was very important not to have sick crew members did absolutely noting. If he assumed one those 2 b*tches were checking on him and accessing his condition, he was wrong. It was the cook who took interest because he had to see the people who were suppose to be doing that were laughing at Danny and saying he was just faking. Even when they guy was vomiting they did nothing, It was the Chef who was doing their work. And finally his temperature was so high they had to take him off the ship. Now tell me why didn't anybody get reprimanded for that?

The Captain let the inmates run the asylum. Ben is the real Captain of that ship and I am sure that is why he has been on 3 seasons of this show, Because the Chef is the only one who is really running the show.

reply

Should've.
