Great show! Stop comapring it to big budget games and movies.

A great adventure TV show. Could it be better? Sure. Can you enjoy it? Yes, if you stop comparing it to 10 times bigger budget projects - games, films or whatever. Go Hooten & the Lady!

If you compare it to anything ever made ever it's still garbage.
Anyone who enjoys this tosh clearly has the IQ of a hamster.

I thought it would be a banal adaptation of a banal romance novel. And it probably looks like one, but I love it! I didn't think I would enjoy it, but I actually did. Looking forward to the next episode.

Gotta say... I'm starting to like it.

Yeah, it's hammy and formulaic but there is a charm to it and I do like the two leads and their rather predictable, by-the-numbers attraction. It looks great. The tone is fun and the locations are fantastic.

Satisfying, if slightly unoriginal stuff.

Agree! As posted already can watch with my 12 year old son and we both enjoy it. Had a few sly adult jokes this week. Good fun.

It's a mash up of every cliche in the book - and I'm really enjoying it.
It's daft - but I also loved Tales of Monkey .

It's become a regular watch for me.
