But in any case Raman Raghav 2.0 is by far the best thriller came out from Bollywood in recent year.

No, because in I Saw the Devil the policeman had ties to the killer, since he had killed his wife. Also, the policeman would capture the killer, torture him, release him and the repeat it all over again. The only similarity is that of a policeman pursuing a serial killer and there are hundreds of film with the same premise.
sharenot at all .. i saw the devil is totally different (loved the movie) , its a revenge story & its already been remade as "ek villain" in bollywood which turned out to be total crap .
no similarity at all. Apart from a cop chasing a serial killer. I Saw The Devil was just absolutely mindblowing.
