One of the best psychopath killer movie of bollywood .Totally fresh , engaging & unexpected .
Nawazuddin totally killed it , though all the actors were pitch perfect too , but nawaz was magic in this film .
Anurag Kashyap got back with a BANG . I couldnt take my eyes off while watching the movie .

See Mr. Different, I didn't meant to offend you at all. That was my opinion on your opinion. That is what that is.

So simple. Anybody accepting it or not; doesn't, actually it shouldn't matter at all. Why you are feeling offended. And why should anybody accept your opinion?

My strong opinion is if something stands the test of time, it can only be called as the best by a collective group of intelligentsia. One individual's opinion would rarely carry much weight along with it. This is my opinion and I do not feel, you must agree or disagree with me.

Relax and enjoy Life.

Nawazuddin was astounding in this film. On the whole the movie was 7/10 for me.

It was only good in parts. I didn't see it at the time of it's release. Actually, I was not in the mood of watching such dark tale. So, I happen to watch it just now. Can't resist myself from ranting about it. It was so below the standard that Mr. Kashyap has set for himself.

First half was riveting, intense in parts but engaging enough. Last 15 minutes were totally disappointing. The conversation between Raman and Raghav was totally uninteresting. Acting was so down right pathetic, It seems AK has not directed that part and Nawaz was not acting in it. Together set your expectation so high, but that part was total dud. For this particular reason I wanted to put this across, hope this message goes across to Mr. Kashyap. This is the only time I felt like Kashyap has lost his touch. He is the only Hindi director who makes me feel that he don't make cinema for money, but it seems that part might be like that for commercial reason. Intensity was missing, The Psycho that Nawaz carries on throughout the length suddenly looses steam and it looks like I am watching a daily soap or ordinary Bollywood stuff.

I am disappointed and sincerely wish that AK regains his master touch fast.

PS: I want to share that I am really a good fan of Mr. AK and have a voracious appetite of any type of World Cinema and have acquired my Cinema Intelligence by watching all and any type of World Cinema.

In my opinion while the film was not Kashyap's finest, it certainly was not below par. My favorite part of the film is the conversation at the end between Raghav and Raman. I had initially expected it to end in a typical "Se7en" manner, but it was that scene that gave the meaning to the movie for me. It does indeed give an aura of "daily soap" with Raman talking about salvation and etcetera, yet I felt that that was intended. The psycho was genuinely into the "work" he is doing, and upon finding a successor is talking nostalgically about his "endeavors." Raghav just sits there and listens to his predecessor like a real successor would.

Good to hear from you.

Definitely, it's a good attempt from a Hindi director but from my point of view, I feel like Mr. AK is kind of losing his grip, or he is spawning his creativity into new dimension that I am not able to gauge at this moment. If there is version next in store I would not be that eager to watch it on first day first show.

That particular ending conversation eases the intensity that was maintained throughout. I liked the start to end intensity of all of his past movies. I feel this one is different from his previous work.

Yes! I agree that the movie is still well made, but for me it's not the best.

I found it to be very dull. The main characters were in my opinion very poorly executed. You never really get under their skin or get to understand their motives. It all felt very unengaging. It starts out well though, but after the scene in his sisters apartment it just gets worse and worse.

It's a shame really, because there is definitely potential there. The acting is good, especially the villain with his always menacing eyes...even when he smiles. The portray of the indian setting, with it's narrow and crowded streets, work very well in the chase scenes. But overall not worth the watch. 3/10
