It possibly tops "JCVD", imo. The production values look way better than any of his DTV films. The writing is excellent. Nonstop one liners like "Nobody is ready to die, except all those I'm going to kill." Van Damme's delivers the dialogue like a seasoned pro. A balanced mixture of satire and action. Honestly, the best acting he's done in ages. Hell, the best material he's had since who knows when.

I just noticed Ridley Scott was executive producer. If Amazon foolishly doesn't pick this, he can take it to another outlet. Imagine the amount of talent Ridley and Van Damme can attract to this show. LET'S DO THIS! Don't waste this golden opportunity, Amazon. This show can bring in A-Listers for cameos. It'll be a big hit.
