Could these DCOMs once Announced for 2016 still Happen?

Looks like Adventures in Babysitting and The Swap are 2016's only DCOMs. There hasn't been any updates Throw Like Mo and Life Size 2 for quite some time, unknown if they're still happening or they're no longer releasing in 2016 (the latter right now seems pretty definite).

The next 2 DCOMs we already know of that are both intended to premiere in the First Half of next year are Tangled: Before Ever After (due February) and Descendants 2 (due NH Summer).

I wonder what happened to Throw Like Mo. The movie was announced in March 2015. From this picture, the first draft of the script appears to have been finished November 2015: https://www.instagram.com/p/-UNnU9mzqO/?taken-by=sheldoncandis. I just commented, asking if the project is still on.

Life Size 2 seems to be going through the same case as Adventures in Babysitting. AIB was actually first pitched in 2006, but plans never went through until 2015. To be honest, after seeing how AIB turned out (pretty underwhelming IMO), I'm not interested in seeing a sequel (or remake). Only thing that interests me is that it might be a Christmas DCOM? We haven't had one since Good Luck Charlie, It's Christmas!.

Re: 2017
I think Descendants 2 is the only confirmed DCOM for 2017. I know they announced High School Musical 4, but there hasn't been too many updates on that one. And I'm pretty sure the Tangled movie will just be a 1-hour special, similar to the Disney Junior primetime premieres.

Has not high school musical 4 been rumored since pretty much 3 came out. Was not orginally the young kids in 3 where to pick up the lead roles in the next version?

Also, it is interesting that Hallmark will debut 19 original Christmas movies in the next two months, and there will be 2 Dcoms.
