Age appropriateness?

There isn't any Parent Guide up for this title yet so I'm wondering about age appropriateness. Would the movie be suitable for a 7 and 9 year old? I'm especially concerned about sexual material and LGBTQ themes.

I don't think you need to worry about letting them see it. I didn't pick up on any LGBTQ themes and as sexual as it gets is the boy who is in the girl's body covers his eyes when going into the girls' locker room and he wears a swimsuit in the tub. Very subtle stuff that I don't think a 7-9 year old would pick up on.

A lot of flirting but that's as far as it goes romance wise. No LGBT material. I didn't notice anything that would be out of the Disney target age bracket.

No LGBTQ themes, but quite a heterosexual theme is present. Or is that not a concern?

From what I got from the OP, was that she didn't want any sexual themes, heterosexual or otherwise. Let's not find offense, where there is none!
As for the op, my 8 and 10 year old enjoyed it!
