My brother made the funniest comment about this

I was watching this with my brother and in the beginning, they spend a great deal of time talking about the group of three friends who play together on the magic pro tour and are also very close to each other. The mother of one of the guys goes on and on about how special and awesome their relationship is and she even says, "If Magic wasn't around, they would still be very good friends with each other" and my brother said, "Yeah, they're friends, we get, these guys are buddies". I thought that was so funny because the documentary kept saying over and over again that these guys are basically friends with each other. There is nothing special or meaningful about that.
