Anyone who criticizes this show will not have watched past episode 2

I found the early episodes enjoyable, but could understand if people didnt take it further if it's not to their taste. However, towards the end of the series, the power of the writing and characters was just overwhelming.

In certain life situations, it is often said "you dont know whether to laugh or cry" but how often do you find yourself literally with tears streaming down your face with sadness then giggling straight afterwards. Countless times this happened for me in Flowers.

Like most truly great comedies, many times towards the end of the show, you are so engrossed with the characters that you forget that you are even watching a comedy.

Will Sharpe has a real talent that comes out in many ways when you know where to look.
