Episode 5 ending

I absolutely loved Amy's poem about Penelope as she's riding her bicycle before she gets struck by lightning, that part was amazing, but does anybody know the name of the song?

I know Arthur Sharpe composes the soundtrack,but I don't think it is on it. Though it does sound like a version of that "Colours Theme" with additional violins and things but I downloaded it and it isn't it.
