if there is a new series,how are we going to differentiate the versions?

it's going to get very cumbersome to say 'the Mythbusters with Adam & Jamie,' or 'the old show/version'....does anyone vote for something in the Star Trek realm, such as "TOS" for the Adam & Jamie version, and "TNG" for this version (if it even goes to series after the search)? the producers certainly seem to be going for younger hosts (mostly)...I wonder if they all had to sign an agreement on salary, should they be chosen, at least for a period of time, to keep the budget lower, at least the host part?
