I'm asking because the production values are much lower than the previous one and the movie is like 20 min shorter. Looks more like a DTV or Nickelodeon movie than the sequel to a highly successful blockbuster.

This has no connection to The Lego Movie other than the word "Lego" in the title. This is the 4th in the series of Lego DC Comics Superheroes: Justice League, after Justice League vs. Bizarro League and Attack of the Legion of Doom, both in 2015, and Cosmic Clash earlier this year. All have been direct to DVD/Blu-Ray.
