James is known for "doing things properly", but I'm afraid this was quite the bodge.

Torquing the wheel assembly with a medium "ugh"? Not torquing anything properly to spec?!
Fitting the front mudguard backwards?

On the latter, it's magically the right way around when we see the engine mounted (~ 17:30). Obviously he found the mudguard would foul the top of the barrel unless it was reversed...

Still, I love the show.

Recap has him doing a lot of things not shown in real time. This series never has him referring to awful exploded diagrams, which is too bad also.

And I liked S1 re-assembly when put on wrong, too bad they are editing those out this time.
