It's plausible, but I don't think that's the reason.
When Anna returned home, I think she expected everything and everyone to be exactly the way it was when she left (including Brody). After seeing Brody with Bonnie and find out she might be pregnant (with the President's child), Anna sees her life completely upside down. So she realizes the only time in her life she was truly happy was with Brody, trying to making love to him would restore some of her old life and feeling all is not lost and she still loves him.
Sorry but I have to agree, Anna is trying to pass that baby off as Brody's. Anna did not go running into Brody's arms the day she got there it wasn't until the night she found out she was pregnant. Why the need to try and have sex with him so fast. Just being with him and having him close should be good enough for Anna to feel safe and gain some of the happiness back. The girl is a user just like Valarie said. Why let your kid stand there trying to defend herself when you know the test belongs to you. There is no reason for her to not tell her sister Bonnie that she messed up and got pregnant.
