Looks horrendous

With the poor acting and the over-used plot, I would be surprised if this gets good ratings for the network. It looks like another "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" in terms of ratings.

I feel exactly like you. Based on ratings, Jane the Virgin and Crazy Ex Girlfriend both have terrible ratings, but are the CW's best series.

reply

Bring back Everwood or something. Anything but this.

reply

Unlike those 2 this isn't getting good reviews from Critics. Getting the post-Flash slot could prevent it from flopping hard but might get rejected by Flash's male heavy audience.

reply

Who says it isn't getting good reviews? As of now (Tuesday, September 20), it is at 100% on Rotten Tomatoes with five reviews, including one from USA Today.

reply

the flash is a male heavy audience? i always thought it was more of a chick show, considering the heavy romance aspect of it, (the vast majority of the show is about how in love the guy is with the girl) also the only people i know that like it are chicks

60/40 male to female. Interesting article here:

To be honest, I'm surprised, but it's not exactly overwhelming.

That is a very interesting read, however in my (albiet limited) experience a lot of those stats dont ring true, none of my female friends were into mtg, generally when we hung out the girls would often sit in the other room getting drunk while we played mtg (and also getting drunk) in the other roomm also i atttend a board game meetup group and the majority of the people that attend it are women. i wouldnt consider my mother a gamer but she plays candy crush on her phone and somehow thats classed as a gamer in these stats

All of CW's Superhero shows skew male.
TV shows are always expected to skew female unless they're Sport.
Flash 60% male skew
Arrow 59%
Legends 58%

Supergirl could also skew male after the move.

Feels kinda like TVLands "Younger". Two people who don't really belong together.
