Questions about traveling through time

So the satelite Juno who is close to Jupiter, won't be in a different timeline that us? Or the time difference between there and on earth is almost the same as it was in the first episode of this series?

Also if we send people on moon. Will the time be different there, will they travel trough time?

The same with the rover from mars.

Or the time is only being extremely tweaked near black holes?

High speed and gravity DO have an effect on how fast time passes but in most cases the amount is so small that it is insignificant. We're talking about fractions of seconds. Time slows down quite a bit more near extreme gravity, like near a black hole, but that amount of slow down is also rather small, plus traveling to the vicinity of a black hole is so difficult that we might as well just say it is impossible.

All this leads to the logical conclusion that we humans will continue to travel forward in time at the same basic rate.
