Why did Shawn hire those idiots to do the hit on Nancy?

Instead of hiring professionals? His behaviour was also very erratic for a top operative.

They were two of his best guys, that's why.

I liked how the other guy moved his car every 15 minutes so that he wouldn't seem suspicious. That's some top operative shit right there.

I thought it was Jeff Gillooly, Tonya Harding's ex-husband (with Tonya's complicity) who hired those goons to carry out the attack on Nancy Kerrigan.

I think that Jeff hired Shawn, who then hired the two idiots to attack Nancy.
