Is this movie still happening?

I wonder. I don't put a lot of faith on it, since it was supposed to be released in the beggining of the year and then they skipped to october 31 and in october we are and we don't have even a single picture of the movie, and no information. What about you guys? Do you think it will happen? Do you have any information that I don't know of?
