'The Way He Looks'

I've noticed that a scene around 27-28 minutes into the film resembles one from the film 'The Way He Looks.' Louis and his girlfriend are lying poolside, she's on her stomach and he's on his back. There's even a shot that looks very similar to one from TWHL. Has anyone else caught onto this or is this just a huge coincidence?

I've not seen TWHL but Didier Bivel is an experienced director and knows his stuff but "a little inspiration" from other films" can be very useful !
