Problem with plot of the movie.

First of all let me say this that I'm not a lawyer.

If in real life this case took place then there would be 2 separate hearings.


one for the Women. Attempted murder case.

second for the Men. harassment and confinement case.


also prostitution is legal in India. so, I don't see how they can be charged with soliciting money.
