Personally...I really liked it

And maybe it's because I'm "boring" as well. However cliche and corny, it was real. The second episode hooked me, and I wasn't disappointed by what followed. As previously stated on the message boards, this one is likely not for the masses. And guess what, that's okay. Just because you don't like it, doesn't mean it sucks.

Well... it sucks. Kidding. That's my opinion. If you like it, cool.

I look at it like this, I've watched and liked quite a few movies and tv shows that I knew weren't very good or popular with the masses. But, there was something I connected with. So, I recognize I've liked less than stellar shows and there will be people that honestly dislike them. I've watched very popular show or movies and completely disliked them. Tastes are different.

Enjoy the 8 episodes you've got.

I loved the two seasons and glad a third is coming

I commented a year ago it seems, saying I was glad a third season was coming. Now I am here to say I am sad a 4th isnt coming. It was one of the best series. I loved it, for the exception of one or 2 characters I couldve lived without. (namely the younger brewery brother). Dont get me started.

Just finished the third and final season and there is so much to love about this show. The diverse set of situations and characters. The attention to continuity and detail. The subtle interactions and cameos between the characters from the various vignettes. Sure it can be hipster and self-absorbed af, but then again what middle class city folk in their twenties and thirties aren't these days. One aspect the show executes really well is showing that solutions to one's aspirations and relationships aren't without compromise and sacrifice. Some of it could have been better acted, but I'm assuming a good portion of it was improv. It's realistic particularly because most of the characters ultimately don't change which is true of most people in real life. On that note, I found most of them likable except for the liars - the philandering mexicana and that fat pathetic excuse for a man. But damn, the finale really got to me and was the perfectly themed vignette to capstone the entire show. I really hope they leave the show at that because we don't need another series that's been milked dry like Thirteen Reasons Why and House of Cards.
