MTV Movie Awards died a terrible death. RIP

I always loved the movie awards. But I almost threw something at my TV this year.
The whole thing was a very unfunny joke. From Dwayne (whom I do actually like) and that silly little man, who for some reason I cannot remember his name. I should do so I can avoid anything else he is in. I had the misfortune of watching one of his movies, in which he irritated me. I cannot even be bothered to look up his name.

I have felt it getting less and less about the awards and more about stupidity over the past 2 years. But tonight for me, it died a horrible death!

And as long as there are stupid franchise movies such as Twilight, The Hunger games, and any silly little teen movie. The decent movies and the deceased catagories will never stand a chance.

Back in the 90s and 2000s, it was a great alternative awards show. Now it's a joke, which answers the question to another thread. Why was it on Comedy Central? Isn't that obvious?!
