We have seen Kevin's son a couple of times in flashforwards. A daughter was never mentioned.
Is the son we've seen one of the twins and they just haven't shown the girl or is he from later on in life and we haven't seen either of the twins?

Yes, that's the same son. Showing the daughter too may have gotten too confusing. Or perhaps the writers just recently decided that Madison would have twins. It certainly added some drama to this season's premiere.

Yes they did even show his daughter in the last season finale. She comes up to him he says "hey baby" gives her a hug and she asks if he's ok.

They make a point to show he is wearing a wedding ring. Possible he and Madison got divorced and he's married to someone else, but I'm tending to think they are still married.
