that's definitely a possibility; Though she stood with the children and wore the necklace at his funeral. ( that doesn't preclude the possibility, but makes it seem somewhat unlikely ~~~ Could I possibly be more wish-washy?)

Rebecca still wears that moon necklace though, years after he died. Doesn't seem like something she'd do if she divorced him.

I was thinking that at the start of the most recent episode. However, the way the episode transgressed, I changed my mind. Obviously Miguel is divorcing, so they set him up to be single. And based on the age of the children in this episode and how they appeared in the funeral scene, I'd say it is pretty close to the time when Jack dies.

Yes. I'm really fearing what we're going to learn about how she and Miguel got together. I get a bad vibe from him! Even when he was married and they were all good friends. I also found it very hard to believe when he told Jack he wasn't messing around with his secretary! I call BS!!!!

I don't know... I don't think so. This last episode was pretty close to the time Jack dies (since the kids were teens at the funeral)... so I don't think they are going to have enough time to get divorced.

Maybe they were just separated, but not technically divorced. Maybe Jack moves out or something like that and then something happens...

But I actually prefer to think of them as still married when Jack dies. Maybe they go through a rough spell, and then end up being back together, stronger than ever. And then something happens.
