Jiminy saying Bernie Sanders has a lot of energy running for president and then running up to the balcony to heckle the muppets was funny.

The opening sketch, the Civil War sketch, and especially the Jiminy Glick sketch were all good. The Steve Harvey sketch was ok but could have been much better, it was like a cross between an SNL bit and a Jimmy Fallon bit. The Milana Trump and Goodnight Moon sketches were weak. The hosting segments were good, I skipped the Miley Cyrus performance as that's not my thing, the tap segment was good. Martin Short had the best moments in my opinion and Tom Hanks and Larry David were great as well.

The Civil War , War in Words, skit was wonderful!! We could have watched a full hour of that. Very clever. Will give the show time to mature. Love the old time format.

I'm with you. I liked that sketch, too. it was a funny and original parody of that genre.

Who knows how this show will progress? Most shows fail. But this one has potential.
