Why is Murphy allowed to have lose hair when cops are always told not to, so bad guys won't have anything to grab onto in a fight?

Btw - Murphy? Robocop much?

It can't be random given the similar setup i.e. corporate/corporation takes control of law enforcement.

that what i told them @APB on tweet , "if i didn't did my research on this show,i would said this show is cleverly devised timeline reboot from the robo cop franchise"

the "what if" scenario , what if the founder of the milt billionaire weapon-tech enterprise best buddy die before he went on in creating the world perfect enforcers slash tech military with zero errors ?
